Pumpkin Pancakes

2 C. bisquick mix
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground allspice
2 tbsp veg. oil
2 tbsp packed brown sugar
1 -1/2 C. (12oz can) evaporated milk
1/2 C. Libby's solid pack pumpkin (canned pumpkin)
2 eggs

In large mixer bowl, combine bisquick, sugar, cinnamon, and allspice. Add milk, pumpkin, oil, eggs and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Make your pancakes!! Enjoy!
